TryHackMe is the fastest-growing online cybersecurity training platform. Our mission is to make learning and teaching cybersecurity easier by providing gamified security exercises and challenges. Having been around for only a few years, we've grown to more than 4 million community members, and our growth continues!

We’re seeking a Growth Marketing Lead to join our expanding marketing team and spearhead demand generation efforts from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity to own our pipeline strategy—building targeted programs to upsell existing users and unlock new strategic accounts.

As a new hire in this evolving marketing function, you’ll play a key role in shaping how we generate and convert demand. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with sales and product teams, deploying creative, data-driven campaigns across multiple channels and tactics.

We require a self-starter who thrives in ambiguity. Initiative, adaptability, and a bias for action are essential. If you’re energized by growth and excited to build from scratch, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities
  1. Achieve demand generation goals by creating and executing campaigns that drive leads, MQLs, and pipeline.
  2. Run data-driven experiments to improve our campaigns and processes.
  3. Define lead stages, routing, funnel performance, and pipeline creation for our marketing programs.
  4. Build and optimize repeatable processes, templates, and best practices for campaigns.
  5. Establish data collection for key demand metrics across the funnel, working closely with data analysts to make informed decisions and run quarterly experiments to improve engagement and pipeline creation.
  6. Collaborate with sales reps and leadership to understand business objectives and translate them into impactful programs.
  7. Contribute to maximizing marketing qualified opportunities and driving pipeline growth.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  2. At least 5 years of B2B marketing experience in SaaS, with substantial sales experience.
  3. Proven success in developing and implementing marketing strategies that impact pipeline growth and revenue.
  4. Ability to provide examples and stats demonstrating pipeline creation and revenue generation.
  5. Experience with Product Led Growth (PLG) initiatives.
  6. Strong analytical skills to turn data insights into strategies.
  7. Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills, with a proactive marketing and sales approach.
