Freightlink Solutions Ltd is seeking a proactive Customs & Freight Forwarding Business Development Manager to accelerate growth of our services portfolio. You will work with the Group Head of Customs and Growth to shape commercial strategy and win new clients across customs compliance, international freight forwarding, warehousing, and supply chain solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in B2B sales within customs clearance/logistics.
• Experience generating new revenue and managing complex sales cycles.
• Strong knowledge of air/ocean/road freight and customs processes.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business across customs clearance and freight forwarding.
• Develop strategic sales plan focusing on revenue growth and KPI targets.
• Lead client meetings, deliver product demos and RFQs.
• Negotiate rates, contracts, SLAs and commercial terms.
• Collaborate with operations to tailor logistics solutions for clients.
