M Seals UK Ltd, part of the M Seals group, is seeking a Service and Aftersales Account Manager based at our Leicester Facility in Enderby. You will maximise sales, negotiate renewals, maintain contracts, and support colleagues to ensure high customer satisfaction.

The role involves working both as part of a team and independently, reporting to the Service and Aftersales Manager, with a focus on driving product knowledge and responsive service.

Qualifications

• Sales experience and ability to drive product sales.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Computer literacy and attention to detail are essential.
• Teamwork and independent work capability are valued.
• Professional phone manner and customer-facing confidence.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with customers in a sales environment to drive product sales and knowledge.
• Demonstrates advanced products knowledge.
• Adheres to company policies and procedures.
• Liaise with key staff to ensure product availability.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction with product.
• Use LinkedIn to push products to target markets.
• Maximise target markets and apply advanced sales knowledge.
• Seek new ways to make products attractive to customers.
• Work under supervision of the Service Manager.
• Provide support within Inspection when time allows.
