Job summary

AIR is seeking a commercially driven Aftersales & Service Growth Manager to build and grow the aftersales business. You will increase profitable revenue by growing existing accounts, winning new service work and creating recurring income through service agreements.

You will shape the service department, drive performance and ensure reliable delivery and customer satisfaction. This hands‑on role requires identifying opportunities, developing proposals, and converting them into orders, while

Qualifications

• Strong Microsoft Office and reporting skills.
• Minimum HNC qualification.
• Demonstrable track record of growing aftersales, service or technical support revenue.
• Experience identifying commercial opportunities, developing proposals and winning profitable business.

Responsibilities

• Develop aftersales growth strategy with revenue, margin and recurring income targets.
• Own the aftersales sales pipeline from identifying opportunities through to quotations and securing orders.
• Lead service operation, people, processes and resources for a growing aftersales business.
• Ensure timely delivery of service contracts, spare parts and technical support while maintaining profitability.
• Provide forecasts and performance reporting to senior management, driving continual improvement.
