Job summary

Confidential is seeking an Aftersales Coordinator in the East Midlands to support customers with ongoing service and aftersales requirements. The role involves handling enquiries, arranging repairs and coordinating contractors in a busy environment.

You will liaise with customers for updates, prepare quotations, and maintain precise records of activities and communications. Previous exposure to project-based work and ERP/CRM usage are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience in an aftersales or service coordination role.
• Excellent organisation and time management skills.
• Experience coordinating contractors or field teams.
• Confident using ERP and CRM systems.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming aftersales, maintenance and repair enquiries from customers.
• Coordinate maintenance and repair works.
• Liaise with customers to provide updates and arrange works.
• Prepare and issue quotations for maintenance and repairs.
• Liaise with engineers and contractors.
• Maintain accurate records of activities and customer communications.
