AIR is seeking a commercially driven Aftersales & Service Growth Manager in Wakefield, UK to grow our aftersales business and build a new service department. You will drive revenue, margins and recurring income by developing proposals, winning new service work and delivering reliable service.

• Track record of growing aftersales revenue in engineering or manufacturing.
• Ability to develop proposals and win profitable business.
• Willingness to travel within UK and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute an aftersales growth strategy with revenue targets.
• Develop service offerings, manage quotations and orders.
• Lead service operation, appoint staff, ensure safety and delivery.
• Own performance metrics and reporting to leadership.
• Coordinate with Sales Director for route to market.
