Qualifications

• Associate degree (Marketing/Business preferred) or 6+ months of relevant experience.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage prospects with confidence.
• A consultative mindset, ask good questions, listen and uncover needs.
• Grit, resilience, and a “roll-up-your-sleeves” attitude.
• Comfort with managing multiple tasks, priorities, and a fast-moving pipeline.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is a plus.

• Manage schedule, campaigns, and pipeline to hit milestones and quarterly objectives.
• Collaborate with Inside & Field Sales to maximize productivity.
• Share market insights with Sales and Marketing to shape strategy.
