Qualifications

• Proven experience of cold calling, lead generation, and achieving sales targets.
• Experience closing business opportunities and managing customer relationships.
• Business-to-business (B2B) sales experience.
• Experience within the automotive sector or automotive parts environment.
• Experience using systems such as SAP, Salesforce, and other ERP/CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities through outbound prospecting activities, including telephone outreach, email campaigns, and market research.
• Qualify sales opportunities and arrange meetings with prospective customers.
• Manage the full sales lifecycle from initial enquiry through to purchase order placement.
• Meet or exceed individual sales activity and revenue targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to maximise retention and repeat business.
• Provide customers with accurate pricing, quotations, and product information.
• Ensure all customer interactions are managed professionally through CRM and other business systems.
• Educate customers on products and services while promoting the brand.
• Respond to customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
