Job summary

TTEC in the UK is seeking a proactive FCS Sales Co-ordinator in Dunton to drive new business while nurturing existing relationships. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to quotation, order placement and aftersales support.

The role requires strong communication, customer service and the ability to work across Purchasing, Finance, Marketing and Product teams to hit ambitious targets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have prior sales experience with a proven track record.
• Experience with cold calling, lead gen, and achieving sales targets.
• Experience closing opportunities and managing customer relationships.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and market research.
• Qualify opportunities and arrange meetings with prospective customers; manage end-to-end sales lifecycle.
• Provide accurate pricing, quotations, and product information; ensure professional CRM interactions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Purchasing, Finance, Marketing, Product Development and Suppliers.
