Job summary

Mettler Toledo AG is seeking an Inside Sales Coordinator to support our field sales teams across the UK. You will generate opportunities, manage inquiries, and help drive revenue growth in a fast-paced environment.

You'll qualify leads, conduct outbound calls, maintain CRM data, and nurture relationships with existing customers to unlock cross-selling opportunities and ensure exceptional service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Managing inbound customer enquiries via phone and email.
• Generating and following up on quotations for low to medium value opportunities.
• Qualifying leads and identifying potential sales opportunities.
• Building relationships with existing customers and nurturing dormant accounts.
• Conducting outbound calls to prospective customers and generating appointments for the field sales team.
• Maintaining accurate customer information within the CRM system.
• Managing sales pipeline activity and supporting opportunity follow-up.
• Identifying cross-selling opportunities across the Mettler Toledo portfolio.
• Delivering outstanding customer service and resolving customer queries effectively
