Job summary

MCFT, based in Maidenhead, is seeking a Business Development Executive to drive new business by booking meetings for field-based BDMs. You will cold call prospects, set up appointments, and maintain accurate CRM records to support the sales cycle.

The role offers a competitive starting salary between £28k-£32k plus uncapped OTE (£15k) and a comprehensive benefits package. You will work in a target-driven environment with progression opportunities across the sales team.

Qualifications

• Proven success in a similar role booking meetings and driving new business.
• Energetic and target driven with a positive can-do attitude.
• Comfortable cold calling and presenting over the phone.
