RE Recruitment Group are recruiting a proactive Business Development Manager for a stand-alone, field-based role covering the UK, predominantly England. The position is based near Tewkesbury, with the flexibility to travel and visit customers across the country.

You will generate new business, manage accounts, maintain CRM records and report on activity. The package offers a £40,000 salary plus uncapped quarterly commission, a company car, pension, and 21 days holiday plus Bank Holidays.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development, sales or account management.
• Manufacturing/technical environment experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel UK extensively.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through proactive outbound calls and meetings.
• Attend customer meetings across the UK, face to face and via Teams.
• Develop leads and grow the client base through long-term relationships.
• Maintain CRM records and timely sales reporting.
• Attend exhibitions and conferences to develop a professional network.
