Job summary

Qualifications
- Experience in leading a team in a fast-paced retail or hospitality environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead shifts with a focus on delivering commercial results and excellent customer experience.
- Monitor KPIs such as labour, waste and sales performance.
- Ensure shift deployment matches planned roles and routines.
- Coach and provide feedback to partners to drive performance.
- Act as duty manager when scheduled and uphold standards.
- Use data to improve shift performance and outcomes.
- Train and develop partners to maintain quality and efficiency.
- Lead new initiatives and product launches at store level.
- Maintain health, safety and security standards.
