As a store leader, you’ll translate store data into actions that optimise labour, waste and sales while managing operations and initiatives from the front lines.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a fast-paced retail or hospitality environment.
• Strong customer focus and people leadership capabilities.
• Ability to translate metrics into actionable changes.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with focus on delivering commercial results and world-class customer experience.
• Own KPI areas including labour, waste, and sales performance.
• Ensure shift deployment meets planned roles and routines and adjust for experience.
• Observe partner performance, coach and provide feedback.
• Recognise and celebrate partner achievements during/after shifts.
• Act as store duty manager when scheduled, accountable for operations and decisions.
• Maintain brand and operational standards consistently.
• Use financial data to improve shift performance and decisions.
• Train and coach partners to deliver consistent quality and service.
• Lead and embed new initiatives and product launches at store level.
• Maintain health & safety, food safety and security standards.
