A well-established organisation based near Tonbridge is looking for a Finance & Accounts Assistant to join their team. Key responsibilities include managing ledgers, preparing invoices, and handling credit control. The ideal candidate will have experience with Xero and be AAT qualified or qualified by experience. Qualifications

  • Experience in finance in an SME environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage purchase and sales ledgers using Xero.
  • Prepare payment runs and issue invoices.
  • Handle credit control and debtor reporting.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and petty cash management.
  • Support the transition from Sage to Xero.
