Job summary

Focus 5 Recruitment Ltd is seeking a commercially driven manager to take ownership of a site, driving growth and exceptional customer experience. You will balance commercial performance with effective operations and leadership.

The role requires owning revenue targets, leading a multi-disciplinary team, and partner with Head Office to achieve business improvements. This is a hands-on leadership position in York with a focus on delivering results.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a business/site with P&L responsibility.
• Proven track record of delivering commercial results and growing revenue.
• Strong people management, coaching and performance accountability.
• Excellent organisational skills: scheduling, resources, reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue targets, KPIs, budgets and P&L for the site.
• Lead, motivate and develop a multi-disciplinary team.
• Manage rotas, resource planning and performance reviews.
• Monitor and report site performance, identify improvement opportunities.
• Drive sales conversion, diary utilisation and operational efficiency.
• Own the customer journey, service standards and site presentation.
• Identify root causes of issues and implement practical solutions.
• Collaborate with Head Office and senior stakeholders on targets.
• Develop local partnerships to support growth.
• Oversee stock, ordering and day-to-day operations.
