Job summary

Focus 5 Recruitment are working with a fast-growing, premium customer-focused business to recruit a commercially driven manager to take ownership of one of its sites. This Business Development Manager role is an opportunity to run and grow a business unit, taking responsibility for commercial performance, team leadership, customer experience and day-to-day operations.

We’re interested in managers who combine strong commercial instincts with hands-on leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a business, site, branch or operational unit.
• Proven track record of delivering commercial results with accountability for revenue and financial performance.
• Experience coaching and holding people accountable for their performance.
• Strong organisational skills including team scheduling, resource planning and performance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue targets, sales performance, KPIs, budgets and P&L.
• Lead, motivate and develop a multi-disciplinary team.
• Manage rotas, resource planning, one-to-ones and individual performance.
• Monitor and report on site performance, identify opportunities to improve results.
• Drive sales conversion, diary utilisation and operational efficiency.
• Own the customer journey, service standards and site presentation.
