Bis Henderson Recruitment is seeking a commercially driven Managing Director to shape growth for two UK-based leaders in film and television production support. You will set overall direction, own commercial results and lead branch, depot and installation teams across multiple sites.

You will drive revenue growth, profitability and value, while maintaining exceptional service standards and responsible governance.

Qualificações

• Senior leadership experience with responsibility for commercial performance, people and operational delivery.
• A strong record of delivering growth, improving performance and achieving financial/operational targets.
• Experience leading senior teams across multiple sites or divisions.
• Excellent commercial and financial judgement across pricing, margins and budgeting.
• Ability to balance long-term strategy with operational detail.
• Visible leadership style that builds trust and accountability.
• Strong relationship-building, communication and influencing skills.
• Experience in fast-moving, project-based operations (film/TV production) and sustainability awareness.
