You will implement practical controls and lead a capacity-building agenda while maintaining day-to-day performance and delivering tangible improvements for future growth.

Qualificações

• Demonstrated experience leading complex operations across multiple teams, locations and delivery partners.
• Proven ability to implement systems and reporting that improve efficiency and accountability.
• Experience supporting growth by adapting operational capacity while maintaining delivery.
• Collaborative leadership with influence across stakeholders and change
• Strong commercial acumen including profit, margins and cash flow understanding
