Leaders In Care Recruitment Ltd in Powys is seeking an experienced Registered Branch Manager to lead a complex care service in Newtown. You will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure high-quality care, and strengthen client and family relationships while guiding the team through the next phase of growth.

The role requires previous management experience in community complex care for adults and/or paediatric clients, with strong governance, regulatory knowledge and a proactive leadership style.

Qualificações

• Proven ability to lead and develop operational teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the day-to-day operation of the complex care branch.
• Develop and manage Client Managers, Care Coordinators and admin staff.
• Maintain relationships with clients, families and external professionals.
• Resolve operational issues quickly and effectively.
• Drive improvements in client experience and service quality.
• Monitor care hours, staffing and service performance.
• Support mobilisation and development of new care packages.
• Maintain governance and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with clinical and senior operational colleagues.
• Identify growth opportunities in adult and paediatric complex care.
