• Experience managing a care service or healthcare operation.
• Strong people management and operational leadership skills.
• Knowledge of safeguarding, regulatory compliance and quality assurance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, staffing, care hours and overall service performance.
• Lead, support and develop Client Managers, Care Coordinators and operational staff.
• Maintain high standards of safeguarding, quality assurance and regulatory compliance.
• Work closely with clinical colleagues to ensure safe and effective care delivery.
• Manage recruitment, staff retention, supervision and workforce planning.
• Build positive relationships with service users, families, case managers and healthcare professionals.
• Resolve operational challenges, incidents and complaints effectively.
• Support the mobilisation of new adult and paediatric care packages.
• Develop relationships with commissioners and identify opportunities for sustainable growth.
