Job summary

CCH Group is seeking a Branch Manager (Complex Care) to lead and grow the Advantage branch. This remote-based role involves travel across Wales, with the Cardiff office as a base, and focuses on delivering outstanding client-centred services while driving sustainable growth.

You will be accountable for quality, performance, regulatory compliance, and building strong relationships with commissioners and private clients to expand complex care packages.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of complex care services and client needs
• Statutory and regulatory frameworks knowledge
• Experience managing a care service or business unit
• Budget management and commercial awareness
• Experience leading and developing teams
• Safeguarding, risk assessment, and health & safety knowledge
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Full UK driving licence
• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain)
• Experience managing complex care services at scale
• Experience working with commissioners and tender processes
• Quality assurance and audit experience
• Recruitment, HR processes, and performance management

Responsibilities

• Lead & Grow the Business: Manage your branch as a profitable unit and drive growth via commissioner and private client relationships
• Onboard new complex care packages safely with Service Development and Care Service Managers
• Monitor KPIs, budgets and performance targets to improve quality and efficiency
• Ensure high-quality, person-centred complex care services and robust care planning
• Lead HR processes including recruitment, supervision, absence and disciplinary matters
• Maintain structured records to evidence quality and compliance and ensure regulatory standards
