Job summary

Leaders in Care is recruiting for a Registered Branch Manager to lead a busy complex care service based in Newtown, Powys. You will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure safe, high-quality care, and cultivate strong relationships with clients and families.

The role offers autonomy to strengthen operational delivery, drive growth, and work within an established senior leadership and clinical structure to support ongoing service development.

Qualifications

• Previous branch, operations or service management experience.
• Strong knowledge of community-based complex care.
• Experience managing operational teams.
• Excellent client and family relationship-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operation of the complex care branch.
• Manage and develop Client Managers, Care Coordinators and administrative support.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, families and external professionals.
• Resolve operational issues quickly and effectively.
• Drive improvements in client experience and service quality.
• Monitor care hours, staffing and service performance.
• Support the mobilisation and development of new care packages.
• Maintain strong governance and regulatory standards.
• Work closely with clinical and senior operational colleagues.
• Identify opportunities to grow adult and paediatric complex care services.
