Job summary

Leaders in Care are recruiting a Registered Manager to lead a community complex care operation covering Newtown, Welshpool and Mid Wales. The role is Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, with autonomy to develop the branch and teams.

You will oversee daily operations, ensure high-quality, person-centred care, maintain regulatory compliance and work with clinical colleagues to support adult and paediatric care packages, with a salary up to £50,000 plus bonus and 45p mileage.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a care service or nursing operation.
• Strong people management skills.
• Knowledge of safeguarding and regulatory standards.
• Experience with adult and paediatric community care is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, staffing and service performance.
• Lead and develop Client Managers, Care Coordinators and operational staff.
• Maintain safeguarding, quality assurance and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with clinical colleagues to deliver safe, person-centred care.
• Manage recruitment, supervision and workforce planning.
