London & Partners Limited is seeking a Senior Operations Manager for an 18-month FTC based in London. You will oversee governance, delivery planning and regional partner coordination across high-profile programmes, ensuring timely reporting and robust processes.

You will build and lead an executive team, manage recruitment pipelines, and collaborate with growth managers to translate outcomes into impact. A strong focus on data, systems, and partner relationships is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong track record in programme operations, governance and delivery planning.
• Ability to produce clear reporting, case studies and meet funding/audit requirements.
• Experience leading and developing a team, coordinating external delivery partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day programme governance across both programmes with clear decision routes.
• Maintain integrated delivery plans and track milestones, dependencies and commitments.
• Coordinate governance meetings and ensure actions are recorded and followed through.
• Own Salesforce requirements and develop dashboards with stakeholders.
• Coordinate monitoring information for funders and evaluation partners.
• Provide monthly performance overview to director and growth managers.
• Lead recruitment pipeline coordination and ensure timely communications with applicants.
• Develop systems and processes to simplify administration and reduce repetitive work.
