Dorset-based manufacturer is seeking an Operations Director to lead logistics, supply chain, S&OP, warehousing, operations and facilities. You will report to the COO and manage a team of 40–50 across multiple sites, driving transformation and strategic implementations.

You will partner with product development, commercial and finance to ensure operational readiness for new product launches and growth, while embedding ESG and cost discipline across functions.

Formación

• Manufacturing industry experience.
• Experience at Director level covering full operations.
• Able to be hands on while demonstrating strategic thinking.
• Experience working across multiple sites and teams.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee global supply chain performance, S&OP, logistics and facilities management.
• Partner with product development, commercial, finance and logistics teams for readiness.
• Budgeting and forecasting for operations, capex planning and ROI analyses.
• Embed carbon reduction, ethical sourcing and circular economy principles.
• Mitigate risk across cyber, supply chain and sourcing.
• Mentor and develop the team to achieve KPIs and succession planning.
• Provide structured updates on transformation progress and risk posture.
