Ives Recruitment Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join a growing business across Bedfordshire and West London. You will report to the MD and lead day-to-day operations, driving project delivery and ensuring regulatory compliance with a strong service focus.

The role requires leadership, business acumen and the ability to collaborate with multiple functions to shape growth, improve processes, and build capable teams across sites.

Qualifications

• Experience within property, housing, facilities management or similar sector.
• Operational policy development experience and experience of maintaining procedures.
• Strong project management skills.
• Experience with quality management framework, ideally ISO 9001.
• Outstanding interpersonal and man management capabilities.
• Strong IT and systems skills.
• Customer-centric approach and able to maintain strong relationships.
