COREcruitment is partnering with a growing restaurant group to recruit an Operations Manager for the South West / South Wales region. The role requires hands-on leadership across multiple sites, developing GMs and building strong, accountable management teams.

You will balance daily operations with strategic growth, shaping the infrastructure, training, and technology foundations that support ongoing expansion while staying close to the teams and customers.

Qualifications

• Proven multi-site leadership experience across restaurant operations.
• Strong high-volume background with proven results.
• Excellent people leadership and coaching skills.
• Experience developing GMs and second-tier management.
• Strong commercial and operational understanding.
• Comfortable overseeing both FOH and kitchen operations.
• Solutions-focused, autonomous, and accountable.
