Job summary

Bite Talent is partnering with a fast-growing, health-focused food business in Central London to recruit an Operations Manager who will own performance across multiple sites and work with General Managers to raise standards and deliver commercial results.

You will lead and develop site leadership, implement robust systems, manage P&L at group level, drive sales and cost control, and safeguard guest experience, food safety and brand consistency across all locations, including peak trading periods.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading multi-site operations in fast casual, QSR or health-led food-to-go sectors.
• Strong leadership with the ability to drive performance through General Managers.
• Commercial focus with demonstrable P&L management experience.
• Comfortable managing across a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Experience implementing systems to improve efficiency and consistency.
• Ability to maintain brand standards and guest experience across sites.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and performance across multiple sites
• Lead, coach and develop General Managers and site leadership teams
• Drive sales, profitability and cost control across the sites
• Manage P&L performance and key operational KPIs at site and group level
• Maintain high guest experience, food safety and brand standards across all sites
• Protect product quality and consistency in a fresh, made-to-order environment
• Support recruitment, onboarding, training and development of management teams
• Implement and embed operational systems and processes consistently across sites
• Ensure all sites are resourced for peak trading periods and busy lunch trade
• Identify and drive opportunities to improve operational and commercial performance
• Act as a key link between site teams and senior leadership
