You will identify growth opportunities from customer data, prepare quotes, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure contracts meet company standards while maintaining a professional, can-do attitude.

Qualifications

• Experience working with fire and security systems.
• Outgoing, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Increase customer spend within existing customers by recommending additional service contracts.
• Identify and address gaps in service quality and take ownership to resolve them.
• Provide high-level service and ensure end-to-end process adherence.
• Prepare and send quotes and follow up to secure contracts aligned with standards.
• Spot growth opportunities using customer records and market trends.
• Handle customer requests or direct to the appropriate team for resolution.
