Job summary

BDR Voice & Data Solutions Limited is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to generate profitable new business across Fire, Security and Structured Cabling solutions in Kent, UK. You will identify and win new customers, develop existing accounts and build a strong pipeline to achieve GP and revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Proven business development experience within Fire, Security, Structured Cabling or related industry.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities with a consultative sales approach.
• Self-motivated, target-driven and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Generate and secure profitable new business opportunities.
• Develop and grow customer accounts through cross-selling and upselling.
• Sell solutions including Fire Detection & Alarm Systems, CCTV & Video Surveillance, Access Control, Intruder Alarms, Structured & Fibre Cabling, Network Infrastructure, Maintenance & Support Contracts.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Book a minimum of 14 new business meetings and attend 10 customer meetings each month.
• Work closely with technical teams to deliver tailored customer solutions.
• Accurately forecast sales opportunities and manage activity through CRM.
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
