Job summary

Bikers Nottingham, part of the Moto GB group, is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and drive growth across sales and service. You will lead the team, manage stock, and ensure profitability while delivering excellent customer experiences.

Based in Nottingham, the role requires hands-on leadership, strong commercial sense, and the ability to work closely with the General Manager and wider Moto GB team to maximise brand success and local market presence.

• Proven sales experience with a track record of achieving targets.
• Solid understanding of stock control, margins and retail profitability.
• Experience developing local marketing activity and campaigns.
• Customer-focused approach with a focus on service quality.
• Ability to manage multiple areas and budgets simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operation of the dealership ensuring departments work together.
• Lead, support and motivate the sales and service teams to achieve strong results and high customer service standards.
• Manage new and used motorcycle stock, presentation, pricing and stock control.
• Monitor sales performance, margins, targets and branch profitability.
• Advertise motorcycles accurately across online platforms and dealer systems.
• Develop local marketing activity and events to increase brand awareness and footfall.
• Support growth and development of represented motorcycle brands.
• Assist the Service Manager to improve aftersales workflow and customer satisfaction.
• Promote service, clothing, parts and accessories to maximise revenue.
• Maintain showroom standards, merchandising and overall customer experience.
• Support staff training and performance management.
• Ensure processes, FCA requirements, health and safety and manufacturer standards are followed.
• Handle customer enquiries and more complex issues with management input.
