Bikers Nottingham, part of the Moto GB group, is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and drive growth across 13 brands in a busy motorcycle dealership. You will lead sales and service teams, manage stock and profitability, and develop local marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and footfall.

Qualifications

• Previous dealership/retail/automotive or motorcycle management experience.
• Strong sales and commercial experience.
• Proven leadership and people-management skills.
• Good understanding of stock control, margins and retail profitability.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day operation of the dealership and ensure departments work together.
• Lead, motivate and support sales and service teams to deliver results and customer service.
• Manage motorcycle stock, pricing, presentation and stock profiling.
• Monitor sales performance, margins, targets and profitability.
• Develop local marketing activity and manage the marketing budget.
