Job summary

Bikers Nottingham, part of the UK's largest independent motorcycle retail group, is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to drive day-to-day operations and maximise profitability across sales and service. You will lead a multi-brand dealership and work closely with the General Manager and Moto GB team to unlock growth opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in dealership or automotive management, strong leadership and a hands-on approach, plus proven skills in stock control,

Qualifications

• Previous experience in dealership, retail, automotive or motorcycle management.
• Strong sales and commercial experience.
• Proven leadership and people-management skills.
• Good understanding of stock control, margins and retail profitability.

Responsibilities

• Managing the day-to-day operation of the dealership and ensuring all departments work effectively together.
• Leading, supporting and motivating the sales and service team to deliver strong results and a high standard of customer service.
• Managing new and used motorcycle stock, including stock profile, presentation, pricing and stock management.
• Monitoring sales performance, margins, targets and overall branch profitability.
• Ensuring motorcycles are advertised accurately and effectively across online platforms and dealer systems.
• Developing and managing local marketing activity, including social media, events, promotional campaigns and manufacturer initiatives.
• Managing an agreed marketing and events budget and identifying opportunities to increase local brand awareness and footfall.
• Supporting the growth and development of all represented motorcycle brands.
• Overseeing showroom standards, merchandising, vehicle presentation and the overall customer experience.
• Promoting service, clothing, parts and accessories to maximise customer retention and additional revenue opportunities.
• Dealing with customer enquiries, complaints and more complex issues where management involvement is required.
