Job summary

Bikers Nottingham is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to drive growth and lead the multi-brand dealership in Nottingham. You will oversee day-to-day operations, develop the business, and work with the General Manager and Moto GB team to maximise profitability and customer satisfaction.

The role requires strong leadership, commercial acumen and the ability to manage across sales, service, and stock. Automotive or motorcycle management experience is essential, with uncapped OTE potential.

Qualifications

• Previous dealership/retail/motorcycle management experience.
• Strong sales and commercial experience.
• Proven leadership and people-management skills.
• Good understanding of stock, margins and retail profitability.
