Job summary

MotoGB Group is seeking an experienced Branch Manager for Bikers Nottingham to lead day-to-day operations, drive sales and service excellence, and manage stock and profitability. You will work closely with the General Manager and wider MotoGB team to maximise revenue and customer satisfaction.

You will oversee showroom standards, marketing initiatives and staff development, taking ownership of branch performance while ensuring compliance with FCA requirements and health and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in dealership, retail, automotive or motorcycle management.
• Strong sales and commercial experience.
• Proven leadership and people-management skills.
• Good understanding of stock control, margins and retail profitability.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage several areas of the business at once.
• Confidence using digital advertising, social media and online retail platforms.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation of the dealership and ensure departments work effectively together.
• Lead, motivate and develop the sales and service teams to deliver strong results and customer service.
• Manage new and used motorcycle stock, including profile, presentation, pricing and stock control.
• Monitor sales performance, margins, targets and profitability.
• Ensure accurate advertising across online platforms and dealer systems.
• Develop local marketing activity, including social media, events and campaigns.
