Job summary

Bikers Nottingham, part of a major UK motorcycle retail group, is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of the dealership and drive growth across sales and service.

You will coach the sales and service teams, manage stock and pricing, monitor performance, and collaborate with the General Manager and Moto GB colleagues to maximise customer satisfaction and profitability.

Qualifications

• Experience in dealership, retail, automotive or motorcycle management.
• Strong sales and commercial experience.
• Proven leadership and people-management skills.
• Good understanding of stock control, margins and retail profitability.
• Strong organisational skills and multi-area management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation of the dealership across sales and service.
• Lead, motivate and develop the sales and service teams.
• Manage motorcycle stock, pricing, presentation and stock profile.
• Monitor sales performance, margins, targets and profitability.
• Ensure accurate advertising across online platforms and dealer systems.
• Develop and manage local marketing, events and campaigns.
