Job summary

Bikers Nottingham, part of the Moto GB group, is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead and grow a busy multi-brand motorcycle dealership. You will own branch performance, work with the General Manager and across sales, service and marketing to maximise profitability and customer satisfaction.

The role requires strong leadership, a hands-on approach and the ability to develop staff, optimise stock, pricing and local marketing activity to drive footfall and revenue.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in dealership, retail, automotive or motorcycle management.
• Strong sales and commercial experience.
• Proven leadership and people-management skills.
• Good understanding of stock control, margins and retail profitability.
• Comfort with digital advertising and online retail platforms.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation of the dealership and ensure departments work together.
• Lead and motivate sales and service teams to achieve strong results and customer service.
• Manage new and used motorcycle stock, pricing and presentation.
• Monitor sales performance, margins, targets and profitability.
• Develop local marketing activity and manage budgets to increase brand awareness.
