Benders Nottingham is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to oversee the daily operations of a busy motorcycle dealership within the Benda Moto group. You will drive sales, service excellence, and stock management across multiple brands from a single site.

You will lead a team, manage budgets, develop local marketing, and work with the Moto GB group to maximise profitability and customer satisfaction. An exciting growth-focused role with significant responsibility.

Qualifications

• Experience in dealership, retail, automotive or motorcycle management.
• Strong sales and commercial experience.
• Proven leadership and people-management skills.
• Good understanding of stock control, margins and retail profitability.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage several areas.
• Confidence using digital advertising, social media and online retail platforms.
• Customer-focused approach and ability to handle difficult situations.
• Genuine interest in motorcycles and enthusiasm for Benders/Benda Moto brand.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation of the dealership and ensure departments work together.
• Lead sales and service teams to deliver strong results and high customer service.
• Manage new and used motorcycle stock, pricing and stock presentation.
• Monitor sales performance, margins, targets and profitability.
• Develop and manage local marketing activity and events.
• Support aftersales workflow and showroom standards.
• Promote service, clothing, parts and accessories to maximise revenue.
