Carswell Gould LLP in Southampton is seeking a proactive CRM & Marketing Automation Specialist to lead CRM, email and automation across client accounts. You’ll own the plan for your specialism, deliver it, track KPIs, and report on what’s working, turning client data into measurable results that grow revenue.

You will collaborate with Consultants, Producers and client IT teams to join up systems and ensure data accuracy and timely delivery, driving campaigns that convert and retain customers.

• Proven skills in email marketing and lifecycle campaigns.

• Ability to turn data into actionable insights for clients.
