Peninsula Group in Manchester City Centre is recruiting a CRM Executive to join a fast-growing marketing team. You will help evolve automation campaigns, deliver email nurture programs, and support lead generation and client retention efforts.

The role is office-based at our Global HQ in Manchester City Centre, with exposure to Marketo, Hubspot, and Salesforce, driving campaigns and performance analysis. Excellent benefits accompany the position.

Qualifications

• Experience with marketing automation software (Marketo / Hubspot / Mailchimp) is essential.
• Email marketing and campaign experience.
• Analytical and detail orientated.
• Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines.
• Experience in a B2B marketing role and CRM software (Salesforce) is needed.

Responsibilities

• Support the CRM Manager to help build and evolve new campaigns and programs within the Marketo automation platform (e.g. newsletters, email nurture campaigns, webinars, events and gated content).
• Create and implement A/B testing campaign testing schedules to identify the best performing setups and segmentations.
• Manage the coordination, send and reporting of the weekly/monthly prospect and client newsletters.
• Manage the automation of nurture activities. Looking to drive engagement and deliver high quality leads to sales.
• Working with wider stakeholders, help drive the client communication to increase usage and aid overall client retention.
• Routinely audit the lead database to ensure data is high quality and highly segmented, whilst helping ensure we remain compliant.
• Assist with ongoing campaign analysis and reporting.
