Job summary

The Growth Foundation is seeking a CRM Executive to join in Cheltenham. This hands-on role blends creativity, customer insight and data to drive sales and encourage repeat customers across international markets.

You will build and optimize email campaigns, automated journeys and audience segments, ensuring campaigns render well, track effectively and comply with data and deliverability standards. A strong eye for detail and a data-driven mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Bloomreach Engagement.
• Experience building email campaigns and automated customer journeys.
• Familiarity with dynamic content using Jinja or similar, plus basic HTML skills.
• Sharp eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple campaigns.
• Confidence working with data and turning findings into practical improvements.

Responsibilities

• Build and deliver email campaigns and newsletters across multiple markets and languages using Bloomreach.
• Create and improve automated journeys from welcome and abandoned basket through to post-purchase and win-back.
• Ensure campaigns look great and work properly, checking links, personalisation and tracking before launch.
• Collaborate with design, ecommerce and trading teams to bring the CRM calendar to life.
• Build audience segments and help deliver more relevant customer communications.
• Support database growth through online and in-store activity.
• Report on campaign performance and revenue, using A/B testing to learn what works.
• Keep customer data, consent and email deliverability in good shape.
