Currys London Campus at Waterloo seeks a CRM Automation Manager to lead marketing automation strategy and scalable customer journeys. You will optimize campaigns, drive engagement, and ensure the CRM platform is used to its full potential with personalised communications.

The role requires deep CRM platform expertise, strong analytics, and the ability to translate lifecycle strategies into sophisticated automations with measurable impact. Hybrid working available.

Qualifications

• Hands-on expertise with CRM platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Movable Ink.
• Retail/ecommerce experience is preferred for speed and accuracy.
• Attention to regulatory and compliance content details.

Responsibilities

• Own the build and delivery of multi-channel campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud with end-to-end QA and performance tracking.
• Collaborate with CRM and data teams to integrate attributes and events for precise audience targeting.
• Develop segments based on behaviour, lifecycle stage and purchase history.
• Design and implement multi-variant testing to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Maintain CRM platform health and promote best practices for incident management.
• Evaluate new CRM tools and features to improve efficiency and capability.
• Deliver regular usage reports and actionable insights to stakeholders.
