Outra, a UK-based data-driven growth business, seeks a commercially sharp, entrepreneurial leader to drive growth across Outra and Upstix. You will own systems that create customer and revenue growth from acquisition through to revenue, balancing B2B and B2C dynamics and influencing strategy and execution.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading growth, commercial, product growth or performance marketing.
• Experience in a startup/scale-up environment.
• Track record owning both strategy and execution.
• Strong AI literacy and ability to apply AI in workflows.

Responsabilités

• Set growth strategy, priorities, targets and roadmap across Outra e Upstix.
• Own growth motion across pipeline, onboarding, activation, lifecycle and retention.
• Lead cross-functional growth function across performance, lifecycle, content, web and analytics.
• Run weekly and monthly growth reviews focused on outcomes.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Sales to turn customer insight into better products.
