Voy is hiring a Director of Growth to scale the business aggressively across the UK and internationally. You will own the full funnel, monetisation, retention, while sitting at the intersection of product, commercial, and marketing, with autonomy to decide where to bet.

You'll build a growth engine from scratch with a small, high-calibre squad, and run fast experiments across paid, organic and owned channels to compound growth and sharpen product-market fit as the user base expands.

Formación

• Must have led a product or company from 0 to growth and scale.
• Strong ability to define and drive a growth roadmap across channels.
• Data-driven decision making with a track record of experiments driving impact.
