Job summary

Courtyard by Marriott Glasgow SEC is seeking a hands-on F&B & Bar Supervisor to oversee Hopscotch restaurant and bar operations, ensuring smooth service and top standards.

You will lead staff, manage shifts, train on HACCP and responsible alcohol service, build guest relationships, and contribute to a warm, stylish guest experience. This role requires hospitality leadership with hotel or restaurant background, strong MS Office and MICROS skills, and a passion for guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Open personality and attitude.

• Extensive experience in leading positions within hotel, restaurant or meeting business.
• Broad knowledge and a passion of F&B.
• Proficient user of MS Office and hotel and restaurant systems (e.g. MICROS).
• Good knowledge of guest service.
• International experience and training is an advantage.

Gross Annual Salary – £29348 / Year

As the F&B & Bar Supervisor you are responsible for the daily operation of our Hopscotch restaurant at the Courtyard by Marriott Glasgow SEC.

• You will manage and distribute work among the staff in the restaurant and the bar
• You will motivate and engage staff in the department through “learning by doing”
• You will make sure that the guest has an experience that exceeds their expectations by delivering a caring and professional service in a relaxed and stylish environment
