leaf HOSPITALITY is seeking an experienced Group, Conference and Events Sales Office Manager to lead the sales office, manage enquiries and maximise revenue across meetings, events and group business.

You will recruit, train and develop a high-performing team, collaborate with operations to deliver flawless events and ensure exceptional client service throughout the booking journey.

This role requires a commercial mindset and a passion for memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a sales or reservations team in hospitality.
• Strong commercial awareness and customer-focused mindset.
• Proven ability to drive enquiry conversion and revenue targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operation of the Group, Conference and Events Sales Office.
• Recruit, train, coach and develop team members.
• Manage enquiries, proposals and bookings across meetings, events and group business.
• Drive conversion and revenue performance through effective sales practices.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Monitor performance and identify opportunities to maximise revenue and occupancy.
• Work closely with operational teams to ensure seamless event delivery.
• Ensure accurate administration, reporting and system management.
• Support sales activity, client visits and networking opportunities.
• Maintain high standards of customer service throughout the booking journey.
