A FTSE listed events business in the Greater London area is seeking a Group Finance Manager for a 6-month cover. This role will handle internal and external consolidated reporting, providing technical accounting support, particularly during acquisitions, disposals, and restructuring. Candidates should possess an ACA or ACCA qualification and have 3-5 years of post-qualification experience. Strong technical accounting under IFRS and experience with complex group consolidation are essential for this position.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Play a key role in monthly preparation of consolidated results.
