Job summary

Haven is seeking a Grounds & Siting Manager to lead our on-park facilities team in Hull. You’ll oversee grounds care, caravan siting activity, budgeting, and safety compliance while delivering exceptional guest surroundings.

You’ll mentor a hands-on team, drive continuous improvement, and ensure standards are maintained across operations, with opportunities for career development, training, and fully funded qualifications. This role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
