Job summary

A leading housing provider in Bristol is seeking an individual for a grounds maintenance role. You will maintain communal green spaces, engage with diverse residents, and operate various equipment. What We're Looking For

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Maintaining communal green spaces that are welcoming for everyone
  • Engaging with residents from diverse backgrounds and delivering high-quality service
  • Operating equipment such as mowers, hedge cutters, and brush cutters (training provided)
  • Traveling across Bristol and surrounding areas, ensuring safe and well-maintained environments
Benefits package
  • Salary: £26,280 per year, with an annual salary review
  • Performance Bonus: Based on individual and company-wide targets

  • Annual leave: 27 days per year, plus bank holidays, with an option to buy or sell up to 5 days

Additional requirements
